Gather for a joy-focused and stress-relieving holiday experience for the whole family, young and old! This is a unique way to relax and enjoy time together.

We’ll start with some easy light and playful physical movements to shake off holiday stress and release any extra energy.

Then, laying down on mats, you’re invited to settle into a soothing soundbath, featuring gongs, crystal/Tibetan bowls, chimes, buffalo drum (and of course, JINGLE BELLS!)

The calming vibrations will help you let go of what no longer serves, allowing for deep relaxation and healing.

Ages? Up to you- every child is different. I ask that if you or I feel your child is “adding too much extra” to the soundbath that you quietly take them into the lobby and rejoin us at the end of the soundbath for cookies and cocoa! Children must be supervised by parents, no drop-offs.

Elderly or not very mobile? No problem! You are welcome to be seated and I will offer alternatives to our pre-soundbath movements!

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. Bring an eye mask, mat (if you need to borrow one, contact Natalia in advance), & a light blanket.

Cost: Family/group (up to 4 adults/children..each addition person $7) $40 total.

Single entry $25.

*MUST PRE-REGISTER by noon Dec. 22 to guarantee space & enough cookies/ hot cocoa!
