Minto Sparks

Since first picking up her dad’s Taylor three years ago, Sarah Minto-Sparks has been singing and playing acoustic guitar nonstop to connect with herself and others. Minto covers folk, bluegrass, indie, and classic rock artists and draws their influence in her original songs, often performing alongside friends made in Boulder’s open mic communities. Minto’s favorite acoustic artists are Crosby, Stills, and Nash, whose song “Guinnevere” inspired the name of her guitar.

Somethin’ Slighter

Something Slighter (two members of Something Slight) an innovative band hailing from the lively music scene of Denver Colorado, beautifully fuses elements of Americana, Country, and Folk to create a distinctive sonic landscape. Known for their compelling original compositions, the band’s unique sound pays homage to traditional roots while pushing the boundaries of genre conventions.

Jason Brandt and the Build Out

Like an angry shout from a freight train, Jason Brandt & the Build-Out delivers loud, gritty-but-sensitive original rock that evokes a blend of the old & the new, the rough & the refined. Jason’s snarky, bittersweet lyrics tell stories of yearning, heartbreak, regret, & loneliness, exemplifying the message that anyone can find redemption through good humor.

Jason Brandt leads the band on vocals, tenor saxophone, and guitar. He’s been playing live in the greater Denver area & beyond since 2021. Backed by The Build-Out, an outstanding group of versatile vocalists & instrumentalists, their music evokes rock legends like Jimi Hendrix, Bonnie Raitt, Lenny Kravitz, Black Keys, & Gary Clark, Jr. with a nod to neo-soul & contemporary country like Lake Street Dive & Chris Stapleton.
