Our by-the-pound, cook-at-home Christmas prime rib special is back! We’ll prepare our delicious prime rib for you, just like we do for dinner at Lassen Steakhouse, just in time for Christmas Eve dinner. Prime rib can be purchased by the pound for $24/pound with a minimum order of three pounds! Purchase the ticket that matches the size of the prime rib dinner you need, and we’ll do the rest!

Our prime rib comes in a cooking pan with cooking instructions and a side of au jus! Simply place it in the oven and follow the included instructions to create the perfect holiday meal for friends and family, while saving yourself the hassle of prep!

Pickup will be on Sunday, December 22nd between 3pm-8pm.
