Step into the magic of the season with Be the Light, a Winter Solstice celebration designed to deepen your sense of connection and purpose. This is an opportunity to embrace the sacred pause of winter, honor the return of the light, and embody the spirit of renewal in community.

We’ll begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, setting intentions for the journey ahead. Through ritual practices, ecstatic dance, sound, breath work and deep guided relaxation, we’ll move, release, and realign, guided by the rhythms of the season.

Experience the transformative power of Yoga Nidra for deep rest, and close the evening in a circle of shared insights and gratitude, honoring the light within us all.
