Join our pop up Rogers Orchards for an evening of cider and cheese.

Join us for a special event on December 19th at the Rogers Orchards Sunnymount Store! Included in the ticket price is a curated box of six locally sourced cheeses and a tasting flight featuring six hard ciders and brandy.

Our hosts will guide you through the perfect pairings, showing how certain cheeses and ciders complement each other beautifully. You’ll also have the chance to explore your own favorite combinations along the way.

Kate J. Truini, owner of New Curds on the Block cheese shop in Oakville, will be present to share her expertise and passion for handcrafted regional cheeses. She’ll offer fascinating insights into the cheesemaking process, from milk to its many delicious and diverse forms.

Jeff Rogers, head cider maker at Long View Cider, will be available to answer your questions about all things hard cider, from fermentation techniques to flavor profiles.

After the class, additional cheeses will be available for purchase, and class participants will enjoy exclusive discounts on hard cider.
