A Sound Bath is a meditative event that supports states of deep relaxation, where stress release and healing can occur. A gentle yet powerful experience for the mind and body. 

Come join us so we can take a breath together and share in a moment of pause before the new year.

Enjoy a speacial tea provided by HEYTEA. 

Please note – doors will open at 6:45pm and we will begin promptly at 7:15pm

Participants are invited to bring a pillow or small blanket or scarf (pool towels will be provided but you’re welcome to bring your own mat).
