Let Chef Brendon Edwards add some flavor to your Thanksgiving this year! Along with our pitmaster Stephen, we’ve put together a delicious spread to help you spend less time in the kitchen, and more time with family and friends.

There are two options to choose from: Option A, which feeds 2-4 adults, and Option B, which will easily feed 6-8 adults (FYI – we believe in leftovers. Big fans.). 

***Orders for Option A must being in by 12pm on Monday, Nov. 25
***Orders for Option B must be in by 6pm on Friday, Nov. 22

– 5lb-6lbs Michigan Mulberry Wood-smoked Boneless Turkey Breast
– Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes – Guernsey dairy buttermilk and sweet brown butter
– Focaccia, Roasted Garlic & Herb Stuffing with whipped ricotta
– Roasted Pumpkin & Farro Salad – made with fall spices, orchard apples, and Mosaic hops from our brewery
– Smoked Broccoli & Tilamook Cheddar Bake

Option B | 6-8 Adults | $240 | Only 21 Option B Dinners Available
– 10lb-12lb Michigan Mulberry Wood-smoked Turkey

***Pickups for the your takeaway dinners will be on Thursday, November 28th 9am-11am in our taproom.
