Join Shanila Sattar for a mystical and healing flow breathwork and sound bath this season.

End of November:
This month’s session is based on coming into balance between the physical and cosmic worlds. This portal feels energetically mystical while the physical body is still on edge. You’re toggling between a magical imagination, ideas, and creative prospects, while navigating a practical world. In this practice, we’ll come into a balance of these two worlds by connecting our breath and bodies, with music to curate your practice.

We’re not just talking breathe in, breathe out – we’re talking FLOW Breathwork. We’re getting into a super potent 3-part breathwork that activates the body’s energy centers, supports releasing stored emotions, and deepens your connection to self. Once our bodies are activated, ground down with a short and sweet sound bath with crystal alchemy bowls to help the regulate the nervous system.

We’ll open the space with a chat on manifestation, check in on our energy, and get into breathwork!

What to expect:
This will be a full breathing class and here are some tips to experience your first flow breathwork session.
1. It is recommended not to eat 1-2 hours prior to breathwork.
2. Wear clothing you can move in.
3. You may feel emotional, mental, and energetic releases through the session. Come with an open mind & heart.
4. Bring water, a journal, yoga mat, blanket, and other cozy items to support your session.
5. Stay for the duration of the session.
6. There will be no late entries as breathwork requires important instructions in the beginning.

This session is not recommended for folks who are pregnant, have a history of heart or breathing conditions, or those with blood conditions.
