Feeling overwhelmed, burned out, and needing a safe space to process?

Join us for NOURISH, a transformative, donation-based workshop designed to help regulate your nervous system and process grief through community connection, energy work, and somatic practice.

NOURISH is facilitated by Meghan & Laura of Embodied Leadership by Design and in collaboration with The Beauty Boost Asheville and Hive Ambition.

This event is donation based with the opportunity to donate once you arrive. 100% of profits go to Mountain Strong 828 – Created by seven women from WNC providing relief to Yancey & Mitchell County

Here’s what to expect:

6:00 PM – Doors open. Grab a drink, settle in, and connect with both new and familiar faces.

6:30 PM – The workshop begins. Meghan & Laura of Embodied Leadership by Design will lead us through an immersive experience featuring nervous system regulation, energy work, somatic practices, and more.

8:15 PM – The workshop wraps up, but the evening doesn’t end there. Stay to integrate your experience and connect with others in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere.

9:00 PM – Event concludes.

Get to know Laura & Meghan of Embodied Leadership by Design –

Laura and Meghan are besties turned purpose-driven business partners who support women in healing burnout, pursuing sustainable success & writing new stories using Human Design, Applied Neuroscience, Energy Medicine & Somatics.

Laura is a seasoned holistic health expert with experience in Applied Neuroscience, Energetic Kinesiology, and Transformational Coaching. Her passion lies in helping others cultivate joy and align with their purpose.

Meghan, a former licensed psychotherapist turned Embodied Leadership and Relationship Coach, integrates somatics, applied neuroscience & intuitive coaching to support clients in moving toward alignment & purpose.
