Scorpio season has been filled with a potent mix of electric energies including oppositions, tensions and deep shadow work. The Full moon in Taurus is an opportunity to become aware of and break these patterns, reset and release old programming that no longer serves us. The enhanced illumination of the moon also enhances our ability to tap into the subconscious of our psyches and call in what our heart truly desires.
The workshop will begin with pranayama practices and breathwork warm-ups to clear stagnant energies and open the meridien channels in our bodies. Then journaling and intention setting exercises will help identify underlying cognitive blocks and stored emotions. Justine will play 432 HZ tuned crystal singing bowls and a Mars Gong to help heal and move these thoughts and feelings out of the body, altering our brainwaves to a relaxing, meditative state.Justine has been practicing yoga for over fifteen years and trained as a kundalini yoga teacher and sound healer in Rishikesh, India. Justine is also a certified reiki and crystal healer with certifications in Kabbalah, Daoism, and Tantra. Nothing brings her greater joy than helping others discover their true potential and reach states of bliss.
