This is where we rest like a MOTHER. 
You’ll be guided by certified Daring to Rest method facilitator, Benita Jackson PhD MPH, in the delicious sleep-based technique based on the potent ancient practice of yoga nidra (yogic sleep).  
She’s a certified Rest Coach, with other tricks up her rest sleeves
No bendy poses required! Just a willingness to sink into guided rest while accessing your deep creativity + playfulness, in service of changemaking from the inside out. 
It’s POWERFUL to practice resting in the presence of others committed to coming home to themselves & a world that works for more & more people…through rest.
Running counter to the messaging from grind culture, benefits of deep rest tend to be non-linear & OUTSIZED. Let’s rest for a change.
Portion of proceeds donated to Sustaining All Life, a project healing social divisions to halt the climate crisis  
Let that sink in…your slowing down + “doing nothing” is literally contributing to good action in the world.
