NIC Holiday Bazaar & Jamboree 2024 honoring Veterans in Soulard Park, Mo. – St. Louis, MO

Join Neighbors Impacting Communities to honor our U. S. Veterans during our second annual Holiday Bazaar and Jamboree from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.* on Saturday, November 9, 2024, at Soulard Market Park in St. Louis, Mo.

This second annual event will include free entertainment and activities for patrons of all ages. Bandstand line-up will include music, dance and more – especially highlighting local students and acknowledging our veterans for their service. We are expanding to include dance music, lessons and competitions in the Plaza; a special children’s area with arts and crafts courtesy of Craft Alliance near the playground and a family street festival with food trucks, pony rides, inflatables, game bus, fire truck and more.

All vendors are asked to offer a special discount or gift for American Veterans (with ID). NIC plans to offer a free beverage to our Veterans.

As of July 1, limited booth and food vendor registration are open. Food TRUCKS will be set up on the street. Food TENTvendors with tents will line the park perimeter beginning at 7 a.m. and must have vehicles removed from festival area by 8 a.m. before BOOTH vendors block them in. Booth vendors may begin setting up at 7:30 a.m. ALL vehicles must be removed from the festival area by 8:45 a.m. The Festival opens to the public at 9 a.m. and closes at 5 p.m. All vendors must be packed and out of the festival area by 6:30 p.m. Entertainment/Activity schedule will be made available closer to the event date.

Registration Deadlines:

1) Early Bird by September 1;
2) Standard by October 15;
3) Late by November 1

Limited spaces available. NO registrations are accepted after Nov. 1, 2024.

2) Standard = $200;
3) Late = $250

– Double vendor space/tent 20×10:

– Food vendor (single tent 10×10 in park or any-size truck on street):

Vendor Guidelines:

• To participate, ALL vendors must be registered using this form.
• All registered vendors are required to adhere to the City of St. Louis and St. Louis Health Department guidelines and permits – detailed at https://www.stlouis-mo.gov/government/departments/health/environmental-health/food-control/information-for-food-and-beverage-establishments.cfm. All permit/insurance fees required by the City of St. Louis are the responsibility of the vendor with confirmation to NIC a minimum of 5 days prior to the event.
• Online/credit card payments subject to fees (typically 8.55%) set by Eventbrite and payable by the vendor.
• Pre-paid vendors via CashApp coordinated directly with NIC must submit this registration form and pay by deadlines specified above using promo code provided by NIC.
• All vendor spaces are outdoors. Limited number of sites with electricity are available for an additional $25 fee and will be determined by NIC. All vendors are expected to bring their own tents, tables, chairs, etc. Electric heaters are prohibited within festival area.
• NO alcohol, weapons, illegal or counterfeit items may be sold by registered vendors during/at this event.
• This event will continue regardless of weather unless authorities close the park for emergency conditions.
• All fees are non-refundable.
