This in-person event will take place on Thursday, November 7, 2024 at 6:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) at the prestigious Vue at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve, 1255 Epcot Resorts Boulevard, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830. Each year is bigger and better, join us this year for 3 exciting firework shows from the stunning rooftop views of The Vue!

Registration:

If you do not have a code for entry, full admission fee is required at the time of registration. Admissions (NOT SPONSORSHIPS) can be refunded up to 30 days in advance of the event and are non-refundable thereafter. Community Association Managers and Board Members are encouraged to attend!

Non-Connect Vendors must sponsor the CCAs in order to attend. Briefcase Marketing will not be permitted at this event.

EVENT SPONSORS- You may pay through Eventbrite or request an invoice from Mia@yourconnect.org. Sponsorships are first come first serve. Be sure to make payment as soon as possible to reserve your sponsorship.

If your sponsorship includes additional attendees, you will receive a code via email to provide to your attendees who must register using that code.

Accommodations:

Due to the capacity of the hotel, we were unable to secure a discounted room rate. However, we do have a room block. If you are interested in staying the night of the event, please reach out to Mia Heflin at mia@yourconnect for more information.
