Join Sara Auster and Alex Falk for a deeply immersive experience of sound at The William Vale on MONDAY, November 4th – in the Vale Ballroom.

Come lay down, relax, and bathe in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and tuning forks. A Sound Bath is a meditative event that supports states of deep relaxation, where stress release and healing can occur. A gentle yet powerful experience for the mind and body. 

Enjoy a speacial tea provided by HEYTEA. 

Please note – doors will open at 6:45pm and we will begin promptly at 7:15pm

Participants are invited to bring a pillow or small blanket or scarf (pool towels will be provided but you’re welcome to bring your own mat).
