Join me to make some delicious soups from the fresh, lovely produce we are getting from local farms in early November.

We’ll share chopping and stirring duties while talking about some of our favorite soups and what we like to eat with them.

Monica Peabody has been making soups for the Co-op soup and salad bar for nigh on ten years. She has a lot of techniques for decreasing kitchen waste and increasing soup flavor!
