Kosher Nashville Hot Chicken Festival and Nashville Jewish Arts & Music Festival returns to the Gordon JCC!

We are happy to share that both the Nashville Jewish Arts & Music Festival & Kosher Nashville Hot Chicken Festival returns to the Gordon Jewish Community Center on November 3, 2024.

Gates will open at Noon, and new for this year everything will be taking place on the lower soccer field (near the pool). Entry is FREE, but if you plan to sample hot chicken from our 8 teams please pre-purchase in advance or at the gates (we will have more staff and registers than last year). Hot chicken sampling will likely end around 3pm, so do come early!

We are also happy to share that Hattie B’s Hot Chicken will be serving up full orders of Hot Chicken for purchase, no tasting tickets necessary.

Beyond hot chicken, we will have a larger variety of Kosher food and treats if you don’t enjoy the heat of hot chicken!

Plus we will be selling cold beer from Blackstone Brewing Company and have over a dozen local craft vendors, including the Judaica from both The Temple and West End Synagogue. Lastly, there will be an expanded kid zone with inflatables, art/chesed project, and more!

Live music will also get started at Noon and feature an incredible lineup of talent!

This event is FREE to attend and open to all regardless of race, ethnicity, sex, gender, religion, or disability.

Additional Rules:

  • Friendly leashed dogs are welcome, but please bring what you need to clean up and provide water
  • No large bags, no weapons, no drugs, no outside food or beverage*
  • The lower parking lot (Akiva/Outdoor Pool) will mainly be for anyone with a Handicap parking pass, mobility issues

*Small bags may be searched under the discretion of Gordon JCC security
