Featuring Chef Keith Chinn, a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America. Chef Chinn has honed his craft at 5-star, 5-diamond resorts and worked alongside three James Beard Award-winning chefs at renowned restaurants such as F.I.G. and McCrady’s. His culinary journey spans prestigious Relais & Châteaux properties and 15 years in Charleston, SC. He’s been recognized with multiple awards, including Best Crab Cake, Best Crème Brûlée, and the coveted People’s Choice Award. Now based in the North Carolina mountains, Chef Chinn continues to innovate, crafting exceptional farm-to-table experiences that highlight his creative approach to cuisine.
