This year the LARGEST HALLOWEEN COSTUME PARTY comes to the heart of TIMES SQUARE at the spacious Tulum deco inspired restaurant Palma Verde located @ 1604 Broadway (between 48th & 49th St) Elevator to the 4th fl. The CIty Council presents “GOTHAM NIGHTS” It’s absolutely NO COVER charge between the hours of 5pm-8pm with mandatory rsvp and only $20 there after 8pm! Also it’s MANDATORY COSTUME or ALL BLACK attire (no exceptions) Music By DJ GOLDFINGER. Early arrival is highly suggested for this event. !
