Something special is brewing in Downtown LA this Halloween! Gather the family for an enchanting evening at Grand Hope Park, where the 17th Annual DTLA Halloween Festival for Kids is set to return. This beloved holiday tradition features a safe and jubilant atmosphere to celebrate the spirit of the season.

Kids will revel in the excitement of trick-or-treating, marvel at meeting their favorite characters, munch on tasty treats, and be dazzled by live puppet and magic shows.
