Grammy-nominated guitarist Butcher is one of a select handful of influential recording artists who emerged from the legendary Boston music scene. Video, eclectic radio releases and incendiary live performances comprise the underpinnings of a rich music career that continues today.

Jon Butcher’s signature sound features his powerful soul-infused vocals; and his guitar work reflects a skillful mix of Rock and R&B, Funk and Soul, Jazz and Americana, all of it focused through a prism built from the Blues. Jon’s powerhouse live performances with bandmates are electrifying and not surprisingly playing to packed venues everywhere!

Joining Jon for this amazing night will be long time bassist Tim Archilbald – Tim is from Cleveland, Ohio, and has played with: Michael McDonald of The Doobie Brothers, Kenny Loggins, Skunk Baxter of the American Vinyl Allstar Band which include members of Bob Marley and the Wailer’s Leroy Romans (Keyboards) and Robert Mousey Thompson of The James Brown band. He is an original member of RTZ with Brad Delp of Boston and Brian Maes. Tim played with Peter Wolf from the J. Geils band in the House Party 5 touring Japan. He also toured with Deep Purple while playing in Ernie and the Automatics, working another six years alongside Michael Antunes (saxophone) and Sibby Hashian of Boston on drums. Tim is also actively playing with Barry Goudreau’s Engine Room and Once an Outlaw. He has been playing with Jon Butcher since 1984.

Marty Richards on Drums – Marty has toured with Peter Wolf/ J. Geils Band, Johnny A, James Montgomery, Duke Robillard and The JON BUTCHER AXIS.

Opener Jonathan Sarty is a native of New England and founder of the White Mountain Boys, the Jonathan Sarty Band, and the popular Cold River Radio Show (hosted by Jonathan and his renowned Cold River Radio Band). He is an accomplished show producer, promoter, songwriter, recording artist, and performer with an extensive musical repertoire covering a variety of genres. Playing to crowds adeptly has made Jonathan Sarty a New England commodity, performing hundreds of shows a year regionally and throughout his homeland of New England.
