The GROOVE is a unique dancefloor experience wherein you can let go and have fun!

The GROOVE is a unique dancefloor experience wherein participants are guided by a facilitator to UNITE in simple movements, rhythms, and tempos to ALL genres of music – latin, soul, contemporary, hip hop, classical, etc. The GROOVE facilitator will encourage you to use your creativity to make the movements your own. The GROOVE philosophy is simple – you can’t get it wrong, your way is the RIGHT way, and no one cares what you look like (if they do, it’s their problem, not yours!). If you can move, you can groove (there is no complicated choreography). Most participants report feeling less stressed, more connected to their bodies and other dancefloor participants, relaxed, creative, and invigorated post-GROOVE dancefloor experience. There are no refunds for this event!
