Premium Arts Market on Roosevelt October 19th – Phoenix, AZ

The Bridge PHX is excited to bring the Premium Arts Market on Roosevelt every Saturday at the Farmer Woods Lot at 919 N 1st Street Phoenix, AZ 85004 at the Corner of 1st Street and Roosevelt from 10am-3pm. We are doing this in community partnership with the Farmer Woods Group, Premium Parking, and Desert Valley Inc. There will be art vendors, music, food trucks and so much more.

You are invited to vend at the weekend Premium Arts Market on Roosevelt every Saturday starting Saturday October 19th, 2024 at the Farmer Woods Lot at 919 N 1st Street Phoenix, AZ 85004 at the Corner of 1st Street and Roosevelt from 10am-3pm.

We are proud to host our vibrant community of local small businesses. Artists, boutiques Food sellers and resellers are accepted as long as you present your products in a tasteful and creative manner. We reserve the right to deny any vendors who we feel might be misrepresenting their involvement in the creation of their products.

This is a Family Friendly Event. No 18+ Products are allowed

We reserve the right to remove any vendors ffor any violation to our code of conduct.

Refunds: Please note this is a rain or shine event.

Absolutely no Reselling of vendor booths, Multi-Level Marketing or Services/Promotions are allowed. Pay very close attention to the ticket you purchase. Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis, but are not guaranteed.

Do not claim a space until you are assigned by the organizer.

Certain spaces are reserved for sponsor vendors.

Spaces are assigned at the discretion of the organizer.

DAY MARKET:

Electricity will NOT be provided for booths. You will need to provide your own power supply for any equiment you may need to include cooking equipment. ABSOLUTELY NO GAS GENERATORS TO POWER LIGHTS.

Set-up time is after 7:30 am!

Placement will be on a first come first serve. On the day of, please contact Adan at 9109869245 with any questions..

Vendors must be ready to sell by 10:00AM.

You may begin packing up no earlier than 3:00 PM and must be off the property by 5.

PLEASE NOTE THE TRAFFIC PATTERN: CENTRAL IS SOUTH, 1ST STREET GOES

LOAD IN INSTRUCTIONS:

ALL VENDORS MUST LOAD IN FROM THE ALLEY. NO CARS WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE THE MARKET OR ON PARK PROPERTY EXCEPT IN DESIGNATED LOADING AREAS AND TIMES. FOR LOADING OR UNLOADING FOR ANY REASON. WALK UP VENDORS CAN ENTER THROUGH 1ST ST OR THE ALLEY ENTRANCE OFF OF ROOSEVELT OR GARFIELD.

Please do not block the right of way with your vehicle during set-up times. Unload your gear first and then find parking. DO NOT SET UP YOUR BOOTH WHILE YOUR CAR IS IN THE LOADING ZONE. Similarly, we ask that you pack up your booth before bringing your car to load your gear. This greatly reduces the time needed for set-up and break down, ensuring a better day for everyone!

Space is limited. Please do not attempt to set up unless you have reserved a spot through this listing.

There are restrooms available in the surrounding restaurants, but please purchase an item when using the bathrooms.

This market is self-guided and run by fellow vendors who are more than happy to guide you to your space and answer any questions you might have.
