Susan and Laurie, who practice as bioenergetics psychotherapists, are excited to introduce the unique body/mind approach to psychotherapy and life called Bioenergetics Analysis. Susan and Laurie will offer an overview of bioenergetics theory, describe how it works, and lead the group in experiential exercises. The exercises help us pay attention to bodily sensations and feelings to foster greater well-being, combining verbal and non-verbal messages for increased satisfaction in relationships, and deepening our breathing in order to expand aliveness and vitality. About Susan Kanor, MA

Susan Kanor, MA. Certified Bioenergetic Therapist. Susan’s introduction to bioenergetic analysis began in 1977 in New York City. She has immersed herself in the theory and practice of bioenergetics since then. Currently, as a member of the faculty of the International Institute for Bioenergetic Analysis, she leads bioenergetic training groups and workshops. Her teaching extends to Mexico and Europe, as well as the US. She has a private psychotherapy practice seeing individuals and couples.

About Laurie Ure, LICSW

Laurie Ure, LICSW, Certified Bioenergetic Therapist, has practiced as a bioenergetic therapist in Gloucester, MA for over 25 years. As a Faculty Member of the International Institute for Bioenergetic Analysis, she trains bioenergetic therapists locally and internationally. She leads workshops, writes articles, and speaks about a variety of topics related to Bioenergetic Analysis. Event Guidelines:

• Put 24 Cottage Rd. Kensington, NH into your GPS – Follow the driveway to the Parking Lot
• No dogs are permitted on the property.
• To arrive at Alnoba you’ll take a left onto Cottage Rd from Rt. 150; and then take another left at the Alnoba entrance. Be aware there are two speed bumps as you drive down the driveway. About a hundred yards down the driveway, you’ll come to a fork in the driveway where you’ll veer right and arrive at the main Alnoba parking lot; park your car on the right side of the parking lot where you’ll see a walking path that will lead you right up to Alnoba!

Refund and Weather Policy

Tickets are non-refundable. Please note that all events at Alnoba are rain or shine. If an event is cancelled due to extreme weather you will receive an email notification. If you do not get an email notifying you that the event is cancelled, that means the event is still going forward as scheduled.
