*Stops: We will make 1-2 short stops along the way and on the way back for those who wish to stretch their legs, grab a bite to eat, etc…

Arrival: 8:30 am-9:00 am (approximately) Manhattan near Macy’s, 151 W 34th Street, New York, New York.

Enjoy your day in the “Big Apple”!

Depart: 9:00 pm, Macy’s, 151 W 34th Street, New York, New York

Arrival: 6:30 am, (approximately) Sunday, December 13th, 2026 back home

All passengers must have a paid seat.

**NO ONE WILL BE ABLE TO LOAD THE COACH BEFORE 12:35 am

Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. There are no assigned seats on the bus. Please arrive early/together to help ensure you can sit with your family.

If you miss the bus on the scheduled departure times, you will be responsible for arranging and financing your own transportation. Reminder: Absolutely no weapons, no smoking or drinking of alcoholic beverages allowed on the coach.

All deposits and payments are non-refundable for anything short of a natural disaster or terrorist attack.

**TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR New York City Bus Trips **

By booking, you (the “Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

-There is a $40 processing fee to change dates on Paid in Full Tickets. Ticket changes using the payment plan have a $13 processing fee per ticket to include ticket payments made to the wrong date. All ticket changes are based on availability and are not guaranteed.

**No Refunds Policy**

Freedom Tours Coach Line, Inc.’s New York City BusTrips are made affordable to all and are provided to allow the opportunity to experience America’s most iconic city, ‘The Big Apple”.

Once a booking is confirmed, all payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations, delays, or changes due to the following:

– Travel delays or client cancellations (including those caused by weather, personal circumstances, including illness or changes in travel plans by the client.)

– Traffic or transportation disruptions

– Mechanical failure or service interruptions by third-party vendors (e.g., airlines, tour companies, bus companies, hotels, ground transport providers)
