Public Art in the Federal Triangle: 100 years of American Creativity
Join us for an enlightening in-person tour of public art in the Federal Triangle, from the New Deal era to the Contemporary age. This tour will focus on prominent public artworks near the Federal Triangle’s west side and include memorials, architectural embellishment, and contemporary masterpieces completed by American artists over the last century. We’ll discuss why we feature art in our grand civic spaces and how that desire has changed and grown during the 20th and 21st centuries. Reserve your spot now!
