This class will teach & reinforce the basic techniques of properly brewing, evaluating & enjoying espresso.
Want to taste better results from your home espresso machine? Or maybe you’re interested in what we do behind the bar.
Whatever your interest or experience, this class will teach & reinforce the fundamental techniques of properly brewing & enjoying espresso. From grind & dose, to distribution & tamp, all the way to extraction; we’ll cover what you need to know to consistently pull delicious shots.
You’ll have the opportunity to pull shots on a professional espresso machine, a Victoria Arduino Eagle One, which is the same machine our baristas use at Open Eye Cafe!
You’ll leave this two-hour experience with a good understanding of espressso extraction and history – and a bag of Piedmont Espresso to enjoy at home.
