Sun Tai Chi emphasizes an internal focus on using your mind to lead the qi (energy) and using qi to move the body. Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention (TCA/FP) was based on Sun Tai Chi, thus, this workshop will also help anyone who practices and teaches TCAFP as well as those who want to be an instructors of Dr. Lam’s Tai Chi for health programs.

To be prepared for this 2-day workshop, beginner participants should know the first 10 to 20 movements of the 73 forms or already practice or teach TCA/FP. The advanced participants will learn in-depth skills through Hong’s individualized guidance with the basic Tai Chi theory/philosophy with some qi channels to obtain more benefits of Tai Chi for health. During this workshop, Hong will help participants of different levels, beginners to advanced, to improve and embody the movements.
