Prepare for Piladeo!
Bring your own mat OR rent one from us for $3.00. This is a 50 minute Mat Pilates class. All levels are welcome, there will be advancements and modifications.
Pilates socks are recommended but not required. We will have some available for purchase if you would like to grab some while here. Wear something comfortable that you can move around in.
Invite a friend or come solo and make a new one. One complimentary drink is included at the end of this event. Class might be over, but the hangout is just starting. Grab your stuff and stay a bit to chat. Lets form a fitness community together!
