Monday through Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. via City of Bloomington box office located at BCPA, 600 N. East St., Bloomington, IL.  City of Bloomington box office is closed for major municipal holidays. On Event Days:  Arena box office opens two hours prior to event.

Wheelchair and companion seats are available by calling the box office at (309)434-2777. Limited Mobility seats (Aisles of Rows M & N) require a few steps to access.

Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don’t need to do a thing. We’ll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.
