EXPERIENCE:

Taking place almost entirely within the original old City of London, this 2-3 hour walking tour will show you parts of London with a dark history and verified haunting spots of ghosts from the Middle Ages right up into the 21st Century. Normally you won’t even see any other tourists on this route, which as far as possible with ghosts, puts authenticity over the implausible tales of other ghost walks.

Look for Henry Ireton, the Parliamentarian in the Civil War who having been beheaded is still seen looking for his head centuries later. Near the Bank of England you will learn about the Lady in Black who even today approaches strangers to ask if they have seen her brother. In the maze of medieval streets, you will see the spot where two Victorian men were accidentally killed and where their ghosts are still late night revellers. Watch out for the ghost of She-Wolf Isabella or she will have your heart.

You will visit spots where Poltergeists have been known to visit. However, you will also learn about one of the friendlier ghosts, poor little Jimmy Garlic who died back in 1765 and despite his remains being blown to bits in the Blitz, is known to befriend visiting children to the church.
