Your class begins with a warm welcome over a glass of prosecco. Once you’ve met your chef, and others in your class, it’s tiramisu time. Using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, the chef will teach you how to make this classic Italian dessert, and then you’ll get started on making your homemade pasta.

With your chef’s expert guidance, mix your ingredients to make your dough, and then roll, shape and cut into fettuccine, ready to be cooked. Once that’s ready, you’ll start to make your pasta sauce from scratch – either a carbonara or a cacio e pepe sauce, it’s up to you. Whilst you’re cooking, sip your drinks as the kitchen fills with the smells of your creations, and learn all the secrets to great, Italian cooking from your chef.

Then, it’s time for the best part. It’s time to sit down and enjoy your meal with a delicious glass of local wine. Then, finish with a glass of limoncello, ending your experience like a true Italian.
