Your Gourmet Pizza Cooking Class will commence with a selection of welcome drinks and snacks akin to the famous aperitivo so adored across the Bel Paese. Then, once your private party has settled into the Italian mindsight, the cooking class can truly begin.

As is the case with much of our food from all over the country, the lists of ingredients and steps that make our pizzas are short and simple. However, it is the way you are able to perfect these steps that has the greatest impact on the end result. Together with our chefs, learn how to form the ideal dough, rolling it into your own wonderfully unique base. Here you will also learn the difference between pizza from Rome and pizza from Naples – the former being thinner and crunchier than its Neapolitan cousin.

Next, we move onto our toppings. Will you choose pizza rosso with a delicious dollop tomato sauce or keep things simple with a pizza bianca? What else will you add alongside the balls of mozzarella, sitting seperate and waiting to spread their subtle flavour as they melt in the pizza oven?
