From Lima: Fantastic Peru with Machu Picchu-Tour 7D/6N – Urubamba, Peru

EXPERIENCE

Day 1: Pick up at the airport – Lima city tour We will begin with pickup at your hotel at 1:30 pm We will start with a panoramic visit to the Huaca Pucllana pyramid, then we will head to the historic center. Where we can appreciate the main places of Lima. Later we will go to the monumental complex of San Francisco to appreciate the catacombs. Finally, we will visit the contemporary area of Lima, appreciating the residential areas, Miraflores, San Isidro, Larcomar, and the Parque del Amor among others. The tour will end at approximately 18:00 pm
Day 2: Ballestas Islands and Huacachina Pick up from your hotel located in Miraflores at approximately 3:00 to 4:00 am The first point to visit is the Ballestas Islands, later we will go to the vineyard where We will have lunch. Then we will visit Huacachina where we will have a tour guide (use of tubular and sandboard). After the tubular visit, we will return to Lima arriving approx. at 22:30 pm
Day 3: Pick up at the airport – City tour The tour begins with pick up at the airport and transfer to the hotel, you will have the morning free to rest and acclimatize. At 2:00 p.m. you will be picked up at the hotel to visit the city, the first place to visit in Qoricancha. After 30 minutes by car we will reach Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Puka Pukara and Tambomachay. After our tour we will return to Cusco, approximate arrival time at 7:00 p.m.
Day 4: Sacred Valley We will stop by the hotel at 8:00 am to begin the tour of the Sacred Valley, the first point to visit will be Pisac then we will go to Urubamba where we will have a buffet lunch. After lunch we will arrive in Ollantaytambo, then we will go to the train station to board the train to Machu Picchu.
Day 5: Machu Picchu Very early we will go to take the bus that will take us to Machu Picchu, where the guide will be waiting for you. Upon arriving at the citadel of Machu Picchu we will have a guided tour of 2 hours and 30 minutes where the information part of Machu Picchu will be explained to you. Afterwards we will return to the town of Aguas Calientes for lunch. Then we will go to the train station to board the train that will take us to Ollantaytambo. At the Ollantaytambo station our transportation will be waiting for us to return to Cusco.
Day 6: Humantay Lake At 4:00 am we will pick you up and travel to the town of Mollepata, where we will have breakfast. Then we will continue our trip to Soraypampa where we will begin our walk towards the Humantay lagoon, during the tour we will appreciate the fauna and flora of the place. Then we will descend to Soraypampa to take transportation to Mollepata where we will have lunch and then return to the city of Cusco.
Day 7: Transfer to the airport Depending on the time of your flight, transportation will go to your hotel to transfer you to the airport.
