You’ll then head to your first stop of the day, the Uffizi Gallery, which is one of the most famous art galleries in Italy. It was designed and built by the famous architect and painter Giorgio Vasari, Cosimo I de’ Medici’s favorite artist.

This gallery is the second most visited museum in Florence. It is home to Michelangelo’s David, a true international symbol of the city and masterpiece of the Renaissance.
