Amara Experience takes visitors through the Amara production process. The liquor is entirely brewed from red IGP orange peel with the simple addition of wild herbs and water from the springs of Etna. What is made in Contrada San Martino is a true local product as all the oranges used in the process are “mothered” by Etna, grown, picked and peeled in the same place.
To learn how to pick them from the tree is a necessary premise in order to gain access to the old nineteenth-century Palmento and see with your own eyes the make of Amara.
