EXPERIENCE
Day 1: Arrival Cairo
Get picked up and head to your hotel.
Day 2: Cairo (Breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
After breakfast at your hotel, visit the Great Pyramids, the Sphinx, and the Valley Temple. Enjoy lunch, then head to the Egyptian Museum.
Continue to Coptic Cairo to visit the Hanging Church and Ben Ezra Synagogue. See the Islamic Cairo, Khan El Khalili, and Cairo’s old bazaar. Later, go to Giza Train Station.
Day 3: Bahariya Oasis – Cairo (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)
After breakfast, visit Crystal Mountain and the Black Desert. Then, visit the Museum of Golden Mummies, Alexander Temple, and the Temple of Ain Meffetla.
Day 4: White Desert Tour (Breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
After breakfast, head to the White Desert, passing through the Black Desert and the El Haize Village. Stop to see Crystal Mountain and the volcanic rocks and petrified wood in the Valley of Agabat. Finish your day with a delicious Bedouin dinner in the desert.
Day 5: Farafra (Breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
After breakfast, visit the Badr Museum before driving to the White Desert. Enjoy a sunset walk in this surreal landscape and spend the night camping under the stars.
Day 6: Kharga Oasis (Breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
After breakfast, drive to Kharga Oasis to visit Qasr El Labkha and the oasis’ ethnic museum. Next, visit the Roman Temple before heading to Dakhl. Spend the night at an oasis-style hotel.
Day 7: Kharga to Luxor (Breakfast)
After enjoying breakfast in your hotel, drive to Luxor.
Day 8: Luxor Nile Cruise (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)
After breakfast, board your Nile River cruise. Have lunch onboard before explore the iconic Karnak Temples and Luxor Temple.
Day 9: Luxor Nile Cruise Tours (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)
Continue your Nile River cruise. Have breakfast onboard and then visit the royal cemetery for 62 Pharaohs, the Valley of the Kings, and the Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut. Proceed to the Colossi of Memnon. After lunch, sail to Edfu.
Day 10: Kom Ombo and Edfu Temples (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)
Sail to Kom Ombo while you enjoy breakfast and visit the Temple of Kom Ombo. Continue to Edfu, stopping to visit Horus Temple, before cruising to Esna.
Day 11: Aswan Nile Cruise Tours (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)
After breakfast at your hotel, take a transfer to embark on another Nile River Cruise. Before lunch, enjoy stops at the High Dam, the Philae Temple, and the Unfinished Obelisk.
Day 12: Aswan Nile Cruise – Train to Cairo (Breakfast, dinner)
After breakfast, disembark in Aswan. Enjoy a relaxing Nile River Cruise with your lunch before heading to the train station. Spend the night on a sleeper train to Cairo.
Day 13: Cairo (Breakfast)
Enjoy a delicious breakfast aboard the train before arriving in Giza.
Day 14: Fly Home (Breakfast)
Enjoy breakfast before heading to Cairo International Airport for your final departure.
Throughout the tour, you will stay in the Achti Resort, campsites in Kharga Oasis and the White Desert, the Desert Lodge Hotel Dakhla, the International Hot Spring Hotel in Bahareya Oasis, and the Cairo Pyramids Hotel. Cruise down the river on the MS Nile or Goddess Nile with Cruise Egypt.
