This one-day immersive workshop invites you into deep personal and ancestral healing through the sacred combination of Ceremonial Cacao and Family Constellations.
Held at The Kiva in Stone Ridge, NY, a beautiful community space in the Hudson Valley, this gathering offers the chance to explore how your family system may be influencing your present-day experience and how to break old cycles to create more freedom and peace in your life.
What Makes This Workshop Unique
Because this is a longer one-day gathering, we’ll have time for:
- Opening with Ceremonial Cacao to ground, connect, and open the heart
- At least three full Family Constellations facilitated in community
- Experiential practices and simple exercises to connect with the work in your own life
- A hearty family meal during our break, so you feel nourished and supported
- Reflection time and group sharing to integrate what arises
Whether you are receiving your own constellation, witnessing, or participating as a representative, this is powerful soul-level work. Many participants find that even when they do not receive their own constellation, witnessing and representing brings deep personal healing and insight.
Together, we also experience the power of community healing—a reminder that none of us has to do this work alone.
Who This Is For
This workshop is for cycle breakers—those who feel the call to heal what’s been passed down, live with greater freedom, and become the turning point in their lineage.

This is gentle, soul-deep work. No prior experience is needed. Come as you are, with an open heart, and experience the unique healing that emerges when we come together in community.

We are holding space for:
- Constellation Journey (Client Spot) — $250 (includes your own constellation)
- Community Participant (Representative/Witness) — $175 (participate as a representative and receive healing through the work)
Spaces are limited. Please reserve in advance to honor your seat and allow us to prepare cacao and food with care.
Cacao Info
We’ll be sharing a gentle, heart-opening dose of Keith’s Ceremonial Cacao. For best results, avoid eating 2–3 hours before and skip caffeine and dairy. Feel free to bring a snack for during the workshop if needed.

What is Family Constellations
Family Constellations is a group process that makes the unseen visible. Developed by Bert Hellinger, it begins when one person brings an intention or issue, and others are invited to represent family members, ancestors, or parts of the system. As participants step into these roles, hidden dynamics often come to light. With gentle facilitation, the constellation can move toward resolution or reveal powerful insights that open new pathways for understanding, connection, and belonging.

What is Ceremonial Cacao?
Ceremonial Cacao is a gentle plant medicine known for its heart-opening properties. Traditionally prepared and shared in circle, cacao supports emotional release, inner processing, and deeper connection—with yourself, with others, and with spirit. It is also a nutrient-rich superfood that nourishes the body while opening the heart.

Your Facilitators
Masha Zolotarsky is a trauma-informed healing arts practitioner based in Catskill, NY, who blends somatic healing and family constellations with the wisdom of astrology and the heart-opening spirit of cacao. After two decades as a designer in New York City, a heartbreak sparked a profound spiritual awakening that led her to this work. Trained in Focalizing (a somatic healing modality), Family Constellations, Keith’s Cacao, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), she also assisted and co-taught the Focalizing Practitioner Training with The Focalizing Institute for three years. A devoted student of astrology, Masha weaves these modalities with shamanic and embodiment practices to guide others in returning to their truth, breaking old cycles, and embodying who they came here to be. Her passion lies in creating safe, transformative spaces for healing through her 1:1 work, cacao ceremonies, and Family Constellations gatherings.
