Mat Maxwell is an accomplished American musician, boasting nearly two decades of studio and touring expertise. Known as an electric bassist, he is also highly skilled on synth and upright bass and possesses a deep knowledge of music theory. His career includes collaborations with prominent artists, such as Luke Combs, Ed Sheeran, Vince Gill, and Wanda Jackson. Mat’s book Hired Musician: A Guide to Getting and Keeping Gigs addresses how to successfully make your mark in today’s music industry. 

More About Jake Sommers
Jake Sommers has studied his craft with some of the best drummers in the world, including Dom Famularo, John Favicchia, Marc Dicciani, Jimmy Paxson, Gerry Brown, and Marcus Baylor. Jake attended the University of the Arts in Philadelphia. In addition to playing with Luke Combs since 2014, he has collaborated with Ed Sheeran, Vince Gill, Keith Urban, Thomas Rhett, and Leon Bridges. While not on the road or in the studio, this three-time award nominee teaches students from around the world.
