Don’t miss this upcoming 2024 Local Event in Austin, TX. Happening on Saturday, November 2, 2024 at The Long Time. Doors open at 3:00 PM.

Coffee shops go head-to-head in a kickball tournament, tug-of-war, obstacle course, and other field day games!!!

This ain’t no latte art throwdown!

On a crisp fall evening, the Austin coffee community will gather at the historic Long Time to compete in classic field day events—from tug-of-war to bean sack races to a casual kickball tourney.

Baristas, roasters, owners, and regular customers are encouraged to sign up as a team and play in the name of their cafe. Spectators are welcome, and cafes get extra points for bringing the most fans… So gather your cowbells, print a big face cutout of your favorite barista, and cheer ’em on!!!

For individuals: If you’re a coffee person and would like to play at Austin Coffee Field Day but do not have a company to represent or enough players to fill a team, please register as an Individual Registration Fee, and we will pair you with other free agents.

About us: The Austin Coffee Collective is an event-driven, 501(c)(3) organization that provides central Texas coffee professionals with opportunities for community, education, and professional development. Austin Coffee Field Day is our inaugural fundraiser. Ticket sales cover the cost of this event and support future ACC projects.
