Madison Beefsteak and Bourbon: A dinner affair you’ll never forget.
Join in on the tradition of the Beefsteak, a formal, beef-centric banquet dating back to mid-19th century New York City. A feast of epic proportions – 100 pounds of steak – grilled to a mouth-watering medium rare, will be served on silver trays in half-inch slices. Salmon, sides, sauces, and hors d’oeuvres will be served in abundance.
Plates, utensils, and napkins are nowhere to be found; Roll up your sleeves, use your hands, and wipe them clean on the commemorative apron handed to you upon entry.
This indulgent event would not be complete without the finest small-batch bourbon libations in tow.

Bar opens at 7:00 pm with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. Dinner served at 8:00 pm.
Ticket includes food, five cocktails, apron, full size bottle of Maker’s Mark Private Select, wax-dipped Maker’s Mark glass, tax, and gratuity.

Round One: Prime Sirloin and Ribeye, Roasted Carrots, Housemade French Fries with Truffle Aioli

Round Two: Prime Tenderloin, Lamb Lollipops, Salmon, Twice Baked Yukon Golds

Libations: Enjoy five small-batch bourbon cocktails (served in flasks) crafted by Johnny Delmonico’s Bar Manager Extraordinaire, Bobby Dunkel.
