Tony Craddock, Jr. is a saxophonist/recording artist from the Washington, D.C. metro area and the founder of the independent music label Cold Front Music, where he has released four albums. Music from his albums — including his 2018 H2O album, produced by Grammy-nominated jazz guitarist Ken Navarro — have landed on Sirius XM Watercolors, Music Choice Smooth Jazz, The Weather Channel, Spotify’s editorial playlists, and more than 70 jazz and gospel radio stations in the U.S., U.K., Spain, and Poland. H2O also features Grammy-winning saxophonist Kirk Whalum on a contemporary take of the hymn “Amazing Grace.” In 2020, Tony co-wrote his singles “Staycation” and “Magnetic” with Billboard-chart topping guitarist/producer Adam Hawley; and in 2022, collaborated with Grammy-winning keyboardist/producer Daniel Weatherspoon, who produced his singles “Elevation” and “Surrender.”

Tony discovered smooth jazz on The Weather Channel’s “Local on the 8s” at the age of eight. The catchy melodies during the forecast segments led him to the saxophone and his passions for music and meteorology became inseparable. These interests followed him to Cornell University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Atmospheric Science. Now, he uses his saxophone to usher a breeze of inspiration into the minds and spirits of listeners, blending jazz, gospel, and soul — a sound he calls “Cold Front Music.”

Tony performs at jazz festivals and venues; Christian and corporate events; and weddings across the United States. His thoughtful song selection and storytelling brings a dynamic live experience that takes listeners on an uplifting journey. He has shared the stage with award-winning artists Norman Connors, Jean Carne, Ken Navarro, Luther Barnes, Kim Jordan, and Kayla Waters. He is also a voting member of the Recording Academy’s DC Grammy Chapter and an endorser of Fiberreed products. Tony believes his music has nothing to do with him, but rather the gifts with which God has blessed him.

Chan Hall

William “Chan” Hall is a smooth jazz recording artist based in Richmond, Virginia. The name Chan is derived from Channing, which is his middle name. He is influenced by greats to include Herbie Hancock, Brian Culbertson, Marcus Johnson, Bob Baldwin, and Joe Sample. The Wilson, North Carolina native began honing his piano skill at the age of 15 and quickly became a versatile percussionist in his high school’s concert band. He was featured on xylophone, vibraphone, marimba, and auxiliary percussion instruments. Because of such a display of musicianship, his band instructor introduced him to the world of jazz through the study of Chick Corea’s music. After moving to Richmond, VA, he began to find a deeper passion for piano and jazz. He later produced his debut album, Dreaming Afterdark, in 2011. In 2015, Chan released his sophomore album, Musical Addiction, a collection of diversified compositions. This album showcased his ability to produce a multi-genre album while simultaneously maintaining the integrity of jazz music. Chan’s third release, EnCHANtment, journeys listeners back to his roots in contemporary jazz. EnCHANtment is bursting with smooth jazz for everyday people in need of relaxation through music. Much like his sophomore album, EnCHANtment has also crossed international boundaries and was considered in the 1st round ballots for a Grammy nomination of 3 categories: Best Contemporary Instrumental Album, Best New Age Album, and Best Jazz Instrumental Album. Chan’s Somethin’ 2 Prove album is on the new collection with blends dreamy chill atmospheres, immersive R&B and edgy urban jazz with the sparkling assistance of guest artists, trumpeter Bill McGee, and saxophonists Chris Sclafani, Tony Craddock, Jr., and Marcus Anderson. Chan’s fifth album Over The Rhoads is a parallel correlation to the fender rhoads electric piano sound and truck driving, which is his secondary profession. Chan’s new album Summer Cookout is by far the most contemporary album on the market, with a summertime anthem to give everyone those summer vibes. The media affectionately calls Chan a “smooth dude” because of his demeanor and consistency in producing therapeutic outlets for relaxation through music. Stay tuned for what’s in store for this bright musician.
