Come join us for our 2nd Annual Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser – delicious food for a great cause!

Help support Urban Story Fam as we get ready for our 2nd annual Pancake Breakfast! Any amount helps, so that we can reach our goal of $60,000. This will help pay for staffing our programs, buying supplies, and curbing administrative costs to run the ministry.Where Does Your Money Go?1. Program Staffing – $18,000 goes to hiring 2 staff members to oversee our Youth Kingdom Builders and Story Changers program. With adequate staffing of the programs we will be able to operate our programs with excellence, prep programs faster, and build upon what we’ve already started so we can reach more people.

2. Program Expenses – $9,500 goes towards purchasing all the supplies we need in order to operate the programs from our beach trip, to our movie trips, to food, to supplies for graduations, baptisms, bibles, etc.

3. Administrative Costs – $15,000 goes towards hiring staff to do the administrative duties of printing, copying, scanning, cleaning, ordering, prepping, etc. We also need to pay a bookkeeper because now we have a volunteer doing the books.

4. Savings Goal – $16,500 needs to be allocated towards savings. Best practice is to have 3-6 months of ministry expenses saved at all times. This goal will help us have 3 months as a starting point.
