Join us for an interactive cooking demo series where you’ll learn how to cook delicious and nourishing meals using seasonal, whole, unprocessed ingredients. Together, we’ll transform seasonal produce into simple, gut-friendly, and healthy meals you can cook at home. Each class will feature recipes perfect for busy weeknights, cooking techniques and knife skills, and tasting.

*All classes will be gluten free, dairy free, and plant-based. Other allergies, intolerances, and preferences will be accommodated when possible.
