1. AMUSE | Imported Italian meat and cheese, pickled vegetables, toasted focaccia. Paired with Santa Margherita Sparkling Rosé.
2. FROM THE GARDEN | Tableside Caesar salad, white anchovies, aged Parmesan. Paired with Kettmeir Alto Adige Pinot Bianco.
3. PASTA | Yukon potato gnocchi, roasted garlic, sauteed spinach, fried basil. Paired with Banfi Chianti Classico Riserva.
4. FISH | Seared white sea bass, beluga lentil and cannellini bean cassoulet, Florida citrus gremolata. Paired with Michele Chiarlo 2023 Rovereto Gavi Del Comune.
5. CARNE | Barola braised beef stufato, toasted Sicilian pistachio, micro basil. Paired with Giovanni Rosso Langhe Nebbiolo.
