Where are the Beach PREMIER campsites located?
Areas 15 is referred to as our PREMIER Beach campsites. These 149 campsites are located on the beach directly South of Sand Hollow Rd. Each reserved campsite is 25’ wide by 70’ long and will be marked on the beach with the use of numbered buckets.

How much are the PREMIER Beach camping passes?
Each campsite is $250.

How many days are the PREMIER Beach camping passes good for?
Each pass is good for six days and five nights starting 12pm MT Tuesday, October 15th through 12pm MT on Sunday, October 20th.

How can I purchase PREMIER Beach camping passes?
PREMIER Beach camping passes can be pre-purchased through our website by using the links on this page. If PREMIER Beach campsites do not sell out before the event begins, PREMIER Beach camping passes will be available for purchase at the event’s front gate. Traditionally, these campsites sell out quickly!

Does my PREMIER Beach camping pass purchase include any event entry wristbands?
No. Camping passes and event entry wristbands are sold separately. We did this to keep the cost as cheap as possible and wanted to make sure each participant only have to purchase what they need.

How can I purchase event entry wristbands?
You can pre-purchase wristbands through the website for $50 up to the week of the event or purchase them at the gate. We recommend purchasing them through the website to help reduce wait times at the gate.

Do I need event entry wristbands to access my camping spot?
Yes! Please be aware everybody in your vehicle will need wristbands to get through the entry gate to access your camping spot. Wristbands are $50 per person through the website up to the week of the event and are also available at the gate. Kids 12 and under are free at the gate.

When can I check into my PREMIER Beach campsite?
The event starts at 9am on Wednesday but you can check in starting 12pm MT Tuesday, October 15th. Unlike previous years there is NO additional charge to set up camp on Tuesday!

When do I need to check out?
All participants are asked to clean their sites and check out by 12pm MT on Sunday, October 20th. We understand that if you need dozer assistance, times may vary. Please plan to get an early start and be aware there could be a wait as all the campers pack up and prepare to leave the state park. We ask that everyone be patient as our staff and operators will be working as fast as possible to assist each camper as needed.

Is there a charge for extra vehicles or trailers in my PREMIER Beach campsite?
Each vehicle will need a camping pass to get through the gate. If you have additional vehicles, simply purchase an additional Beach Pod camping pass for each extra vehicle. This pass allows that vehicle to camp anywhere in the Beach Pod (Area 17) or within a friend’s campsite. Please note that at least one person must have a camping pass associated with the campsite you are staying in and all vehicles/trailers MUST fit within the marked boundaries of the reserved campsite. Overflow parking will be available if needed!

Will a dozer be available?
To increase efficiency, we hope that many of the campers will do research and be prepared to access the beach without the use of a dozer. However, we will have a dozer on-site to assist you if you should get stuck. The dozer service is FREE but tips are welcome. Please be aware that with such a large event, there may be other campers being assisted by the dozer team and you may be required to wait for another camper to be unhooked before they can assist your vehicle.

How do I access my PREMIER Beach campsite?
Areas 15 can be accessed via Sand Hollow Rd., east of the rental shop. Once you arrive at our front entrance gate, you will be greeted and guided to the PREMIER Sand Camping area by our UTV Takeover security team. We have created a staging concept that will accommodate fifteen 40’ trailers at any given time where you can safely air down your truck and trailer before entering the beach. You will be asked to enter the beach under your vehicle’s power, similar to any other weekend throughout the year. If you don’t feel comfortable doing so, simply ask for dozer assistance from a UTV Takeover official.

Does my PREMIER Beach campsite have utilities?
No. These are dry camping sites located on the beach. You will need to bring your own water. We recommend filling your tanks in Hurricane or at the Westside Campground located in the park. The Westside Campground has four dump stations and a water filling station that can be used before accessing the event area. Gray/Blackwater is not permitted to be dumped on the beach. If you need your tanks dumped during the event we will have a septic service company you can call for a small fee or you can head over to the Westside Campground location just 1/2 mile away.

Are campfires allowed in Area 15?
Campfires are allowed on the sand. Participants are asked to dig a hole for the fire and fill it in at the end of the event. We asked participants not to throw cans and garbage in the campfire. NO glass is allowed on the beach! Any unused firewood remaining at the end of the event must be taken with you when you leave. Please help us leave Sand Hollow better than we found it!

Are there dumpsters in this area?
Areas 15 have access to 20-yard dumpsters located throughout the event area. We ask that all participants help keep the dunes clean by using these dumpsters during the event. Help us leave Sand Hollow cleaner than we found it!

Are there restrooms/showers in the PREMIER Beach camping area?
Areas 15 will have access to portable restrooms located throughout the event. Showers are NOT available in the VIP Beach camping area.

Is there a campground host in this area?
Areas 15 will NOT have a campground host. However, this area will be monitored throughout the day by our UTV Takeover security team with assistance from the local State Park and Sheriff.
