Welcome to Overland South, a weekend, family-friendly camping event hosted at the private, 6,000 acre Woodlands Nature Reserve in Charleston, SC. Bring a tent, camper, roof-top tent, converted van, refurbished school bus, or whatever.  With many lakes and over 30 miles of dirt roads and trails, this massive property is ours to explore with street legal automobiles or motorcycles, bicycles, or any electric mobility device (Onewheel, Sur Ron, you name it). Bring a canoe to explore the lake. Kayak tours of the pristine blackwater swamp are only available separately through the Charleston Kayak Company. Planned sessions include food trucks, a sheepdog herding demonstration followed by a beginners dog training clinic, blacksmithing exhibit, laser skeet shooting, fossil and megalodon tooth display, electric bike rentals, primitive skills, offroading short film festival, and more.
