Join Justin Chapple for a magical cheese-filled night of dining on the second night of Justin’s Seven Acre residency

Justin Chapple is a chef, recipe developer, food writer, video host, and cookbook author. In addition, he is the culinary director at large of Food & Wine and host of their video series, Mad Genius Tips, for which he received two James Beard Award nominations. He’s also the author of Just Cook It! and Mad Genius Tips.

Justin will spend three nights in residence at Seven Acre to celebrate the changing season with some of Wisconsin’s and the Nation’s top food artisans and producers in a residency called Summer’s Last Supper: A Celebration of the Changing Season

Night two of Summer’s Last Supper features Justin’s celebration of local produce and meats, with a special focus on Wisconsin’s incredible cheeses, with several of the cheesemakers in attendance for the evening.

The details:

  • VIP Cocktail Hour opens at 5pm. VIP Cocktail Hour incldues 2 specially-curated cocktails and cheese-focused passed aps, with time to mix and mingle with Justin and Wisconsin cheesemakers.
  • Doors open for dinner at 6pm with dinner at 6:30pm. Dinner includes 4 courses. Justin will be available for book signing after the event.
  • Tickets: Dinner with VIP Cocktail Hour $135 + 20% service charge and tax. Dinner-only tickets: $95 + 20% service charge and tax. Staff gratuity is not expected beyond this service charge.
  • Alcoholic and N/A beverages available for purchase.
  • The Eventbrite deposit is S75 for VIP and Dinner and $50 for Dinner-only ticket. This will be subtracted from your final bill.
