Welcome to the Fouth “Soil To Soul” Dinner of SUMMER 2024

The theme for this Season is: We Are Where We Eat

Dinner #4 is a multicourse, family-style dinner, with seasonal N/A beverage pairing from Idaho Kombucha and local beer/wine available for purchase through our gracious host, Zee’s Rooftop. Live Local Musical Guest: Jesse D

The menu for each dinner features 13 dishes, highlighting local seasonal ingredients, while tying together familiar and new local flavors. Gut health is a priority, so there will be featured ferments by The Good Food Farmacy

The dishes of this dinner will be rooted in the land, cuisine using locally grown, foraged, and fermented ingredients.

Sample Menu: Evans Farmstead Cheeseboard, Ferments From The Good Food Farmacy, Bison Liver Paté, Smoked Idaho Sturgeon, Grilled Peaches on Wild Spaces Labneh, Ferg’s Fabulous Fungi Mushrooms with Norther Latitude Foods wild rice, greens salad, tomato cucumber dill salad, melon and chocolate mint salad, summer succotash with grilled sweet corn and browned butter, baked Columbia River steelhead with local pesto, brie baked pie pumpkin, seasonal fruit crisp, local ice cream.

Soil To Soul: Reviving Good Food Culture. Local, Organic, Gut-Friendly. No Seed Oils.

Long-term goals include a brick and mortar education and events space, teaching people how to grow, cook, and preserve local food. If you are interested in further supporting those goals, let’s talk!
