Welcome to the New Orleans Chorus Connection, where music meets therapy in a safe and welcoming space for all. We believe in the transformative power of music to heal, uplift, and empower, and we’re here to harness that power together.

Our choir is more than just a place to sing—it’s a community of support and understanding where everyone’s journey is valued and respected. Whether you’re a beginner feeling nervous about singing or someone looking for a cathartic outlet through music, you’ll find a home here among friends.

In these sessions, we use music as a tool for self-expression, relaxation, and personal growth. Through selected well-known pop songs, we will explore emotions, build confidence, and foster connection with ourselves and others. Our experienced directors provide gentle guidance and encouragement, creating a nurturing environment where everyone can flourish.

And when it’s all said and done, the main point will be to embrace the cringe and just have fun singing from your heart!

Each Session is 2 hours: 6:30p-8:30p

Session 1 – June 24

Session 2 – July 8

Session 3 – July 22

Session 4 – August 5

Session 5 – August 19

Session 6 – September 2

Session 7 – September 16

Session 8 – September 30

Recital – TBA (optional)

It’s best to attend most/all of the sessions to get comfortable with the group and the songs!

Songs on the list are Robyn’s “Dancing on my Own”, Cyndi Lauper’s “True Colors”, Madonna’s “Like a Prayer”, and other classic sing-along songs!
