Join us at CoSM on the first Sunday morning of every month for a transformative yoga session with Deanna!

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting out, all levels are warmly welcomed.

 

 

Deanna’s classes involve a fusion of yogic, somatic, and meditative practices. Her goal is to guide you to a place where body, mind and spirit unite, leaving you in a state of peace and contentment. Personal touches along the way ensure that no two classes are the same. Behind it all is her sincere love of the practice and wish to share the beauty of Yoga with those around her. Gentle but powerful, these classes are open to everyone- all levels! 

 

 
Class sessions will take place in the Grey House Library. Some mats, straps and blocks will be provided. Bringing a blanket for savasana is encouraged. 

 
Schedule:

9:30 am: Check in opens in the Grey House. Please arrive by 9:50am.
10 am: yoga begins
11 am: yoga ends

CoSM Open Hours: The Grey House, Mushroom Cafe, and Entheon, will be open from noon – 6pm.

 
About the Instructor: Deanna
 

 
Deanna has a 200HR training in Hatha, as well as additional training in Yin, Yoga Nidra, Yoga for Anxiety/Depression, and a 13 month apprenticeship with the Biomystical Womb Temple. She has taught in locations all over the world- from the jungles of Panama, to the beaches of Mozambique and Hawaii. In addition to the more traditional aspects of yoga, Deanna infuses her love for herbalism and the natural world into her offerings.
